I have always wanted to go on a wildlife photography project.  It has been a childhood dream, which became a reality a few days ago.  It was a last minute decision to go, although I was on a specific look out for Tigers, Leopards and yes, the black panther.  We left home around 6 am, it took us approximately four hours to reach the Bundipur forest.  We were very grateful for friends who were able to arrange a gypsy ride which added a little thrill to the adventure.  We waited all day long to get on board the gypsy and set of into the deep forest to look for what I had hoped to find.  We had a Canon 1dx mk ii as the main camera body with a Canon 400mm f2.8 IS ii lens, one DJI Osmo, and Canon 5DSR as a backup.

We set off around 5pm and began to explore the nature which had only been a imaginary picture in my mind for a long time, but now I was seeing it with my own eyes.  Unfortunately due to the time of the day we were unable to find what I was so eagerly waiting to spot.  I hope to get another opportunity down the road to explore this part of India and capture images that I can treasure.
